Flooding was reported on June 25th & June 27th, affecting customers in Macomb, Wayne, Washtenaw and Oakland counties, Michigan.

As a Progressive customer, your vehicle claims are handled by Progressive Claims Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

After filing your claim, we'll e-mail you to let you know when you can monitor its status online.
