Progressive claims experts are on alert as a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19) causing damage in Oklahoma.

We hope that you are safe, and we want you to know that we're here for you. Contact us anytime, day or night, if you need to report a claim.

The state of Oklahoma has requested all insurance companies to give their customers time to recover without concerns about coverage. We fully support their action. We're happy to work with you if you need additional time to pay or return requested information — we can extend your due date as late as 4/30/2020. This does not represent a time of free coverage, you simply have a little more time to make the payments.

This applies to all Progressive insurance products that are written in the state of Oklahoma.

As a Progressive customer, your vehicle claims are handled by Progressive Claims Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you need to report a claim, you can report it online or call 800-776-4737.

After filing your claim, we'll e-mail you to let you know when you can monitor its status online.

You can rest assured that we will be there to help settle your claim and get you back on the road as soon as possible.
